About this role

We are seeking an experienced Concrete Commercial Estimator specializing in curbs, gutters, sidewalks, flatwork, and small-to-mid-scale site concrete. The estimator will be responsible for producing accurate, competitive, and timely bids by reviewing plans, conducting quantity takeoffs, analyzing project requirements, and communicating effectively with clients, vendors, and internal project teams. Estimating & Takeoffs Perform detailed quantity takeoffs for curbs. This is a construction opportunity with Lopez Engineering in Glendora, Los Angeles County. General construction and site work — building, remodeling, and preparing structures. Crews handle everything from foundations and framing to demolition and finish work, often outdoors and on active job sites.

What you'll do

  • Prepare and clean job sites, load and unload materials
  • Assist skilled trades with framing, concrete, and structural work
  • Operate hand and power tools safely
  • Follow site safety protocols and wear required PPE
  • Measure, cut, and position building materials to spec
