Machine Maintenance Mechanic The Machine Maintenance Mechanic performs routine and preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs on production and manufacturing equipment to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation of aerospace assets. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical systems, the ability to interpret technical manuals, drawings, and blueprints, and a consistent focus on safety and regulatory compliance. This is a events and setup opportunity with Aerotek in Kent, Elmore County. Event setup, teardown, and staging. Crews assemble stages, seating, and equipment, then break down and reset venues quickly between events.

What you'll do

  • Set up and tear down staging and seating
  • Move and stage equipment and furniture
  • Follow event layouts and timelines
  • Assist with load-in and load-out
  • Keep the venue clean and safe
