Peabody Properties seeks an experienced Cleaner/Maintenance to join its team at an apartment community in New Bedford, MA. The Cleaner/Maintenance role is to assist the site Management Team with the efficient operation of the property. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Maintaining a high level of cleanliness in the buildings common areas and other assigned areas; Janitorial and grounds care; Performs work orders, including snow/ice removal; Maintains exterior grou. This is a cleaning and janitorial opportunity with Peabody Properties in New Bedford, Bristol County. Cleaning, janitorial, and custodial work for homes, offices, or facilities. Cleaners sanitize surfaces, manage waste, and keep spaces presentable and safe.
