About this role
Maintenance Service Technician Since 1956, Clayton Homes has built and sold more than 1.5 million manufactured and modular homes, winning multiple awards for design and construction. We are currently looking for a Maintenance Technician with experience in general “handyman” work. Under the supervision of our Home Center Manager, the Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing general maintenance and repairs on our display homes, our office building, and the overall property in gen. This is a cleaning and janitorial opportunity with Clayton Homes in Porter, Montgomery County. Cleaning, janitorial, and custodial work for homes, offices, or facilities. Cleaners sanitize surfaces, manage waste, and keep spaces presentable and safe.

- Empty trash and manage recycling
- Restock supplies and report issues
- Use cleaning chemicals safely
- Follow a checklist and schedule
