Lead residential remodeling carpenter. We are seeking an experienced, well-rounded residential carpenter who takes pride in quality craftsmanship and can work independently. Responsibilities include light framing, including basements and repairs, trim and finish carpentry, doors, windows, cabinets, decks, drywall repair, minor plumbing and electrical related to remodeling, and punch list items. Requirements.5 plus years residential remodeling, ability to work unsupervised, own hand t. This is a electrical opportunity with Porter and Porter floors/Home improvement in Waldorf, Charles County. Electrical installation, maintenance, and repair for residential, commercial, or industrial sites. Work ranges from running conduit and pulling wire to troubleshooting circuits and reading electrical plans.
What you'll do
- Install wiring, conduit, outlets, and fixtures to code
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems
- Read blueprints and wiring diagrams
- Test circuits and ensure NEC compliance
- Assist licensed electricians as needed
