About this role
We're seeking a driven, results-oriented Business Development Rep (HVAC Services) to grow our commercial HVAC service business through new client acquisition and long-term relationship development. This is a true hunter role focused on selling preventative maintenance agreements, service solutions, and recurring revenue programs. What You'll Do Prospect and develop new business opportunities within commercial markets Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation through cont. This is a HVAC opportunity with Insight Global in Kansas City, Wyandotte County. Heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning install and service. Technicians install units, charge refrigerant, and diagnose airflow and electrical faults in residential and commercial systems.
What you'll do
- Install and service HVAC units and ductwork
- Diagnose refrigerant, airflow, and electrical issues
- Perform seasonal maintenance and tune-ups
- Follow EPA refrigerant-handling rules
- Communicate repairs clearly to customers
