Facilities, Maintenance, and Under general supervision and cleaning of assigned including plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, and finish concrete; repair and new construction assignments floors and roofs material, and labor costs for a valid driver' s license 160 days and 960. This is a plumbing opportunity with South Orange County Community College District in Mission Viejo, CA. Plumbing installation and repair for water, drain, and gas systems. Involves running pipe, setting fixtures, and diagnosing leaks or blockages in homes and commercial buildings.

  • Install and repair pipes, fixtures, and water heaters

  • Cut, thread, and solder pipe
  • Read plans and follow plumbing code
  • Assist licensed plumbers on service calls
