About this role
Hawaiian Telecom Building Maintenance Technician- Primary Duties and Responsibilities- Provide shift coverage and 24/7/365 on-call operational support for all facilities systems, including HVAC, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire, life, and safety. This position is considered to be essential and carries 1st responder duties in the case of natural disasters or other emergency situations. Perform routine preventative maintenance on HVAC, and all facility su. This is a electrical opportunity with HBC Facility Management in Honolulu, Hawaii. Electrical installation, maintenance, and repair for residential, commercial, or industrial sites. Work ranges from running conduit and pulling wire to troubleshooting circuits and reading electrical plans.

- Install wiring, conduit, outlets, and fixtures to code
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems
- Read blueprints and wiring diagrams
- Test circuits and ensure NEC compliance
- Assist licensed electricians as needed
