Building Maintenance Staff West Bay Club Performs general repairs and maintenance checks on HVAC, air conditioning, plumbing and electrical Coordinating deliveries from vendors and problems. Doing landscaping, pool maintenance inventory of cleaning and repair supplies. This is a electrical opportunity with Troon Golf in Fort Myers, FL. Electrical installation, maintenance, and repair for residential, commercial, or industrial sites. Work ranges from running conduit and pulling wire to troubleshooting circuits and reading electrical plans.

What you'll do

Install wiring, conduit, outlets, and fixtures to code
Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems
Read blueprints and wiring diagrams
Test circuits and ensure NEC compliance
Assist licensed electricians as needed
