About this role
Position Responsibilities: • Assembles, analyzes defects, and repairs boilers, pressure vessels, tanks, and vats in the field, following blueprints and using hand tools. • Attaches rigging, signals crane operator to lift part to specified position. • Assembles boiler frame, tanks using plumb bobs, levels, wedges, and dogs. • Aligns water tubes and connectors and expands ends to drums and headers, using tube expanders. • Bolts or welds casing sections. • Assists in testing assembled. This is a plumbing opportunity with Zachry Group in Port Arthur, Jefferson County. Plumbing installation and repair for water, drain, and gas systems. Involves running pipe, setting fixtures, and diagnosing leaks or blockages in homes and commercial buildings.

- Diagnose leaks, clogs, and pressure issues
- Cut, thread, and solder pipe
- Read plans and follow plumbing code
- Assist licensed plumbers on service calls
