Position Overview The Refinish Technician’s primary responsibility includes providing an exceptional and successful customer experience through meticulous refinishing to ensure a quality refinished repair of each customer’s vehicle to restore it back to. This is a painting opportunity with The Boyd Group in Leesburg, Lake County. Interior and exterior painting and surface prep. Painters prep, prime, and coat surfaces, protecting finishes and delivering clean lines for homes and commercial spaces.
What you'll do
- Prep surfaces — sand, patch, tape, and prime
- Apply paint, stain, and coatings evenly
- Protect floors, fixtures, and landscaping
- Mix and match colors to spec
- Clean up and maintain equipment
