About this role
Vi Living seeks an Assistant Director of Facilities Management to support safe, reliable, and luxury-level operations within our senior living community. This role helps lead building, grounds, and equipment maintenance; coordinates preventive maintenance programs; oversees vendors and contractors; and supports life safety, compliance, and emergency preparedness. The Assistant Director partners with nursing, housekeeping, and dining teams to minimize disruptions and maintain a premium resident. This is a cleaning and janitorial opportunity with Vi Living in Santa Cruz, Santa Cruz County. Cleaning, janitorial, and custodial work for homes, offices, or facilities. Cleaners sanitize surfaces, manage waste, and keep spaces presentable and safe.
