About this role
Professional solutions spanning janitorial, security, HVAC, calibration, responsible for the day- to-day operational associates including cleaning, safety and maintaining hub time keeping and general payroll duties rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure. This is a HVAC opportunity with Marsden Services in Washington DC. Heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning install and service. Technicians install units, charge refrigerant, and diagnose airflow and electrical faults in residential and commercial systems.
What you'll do
- Install and service HVAC units and ductwork
- Diagnose refrigerant, airflow, and electrical issues
- Perform seasonal maintenance and tune-ups
- Follow EPA refrigerant-handling rules
