Apartment Maintenance Technician
About this role
Hard working self-starters needed for residential community in the Campbell areas. Must have experience in apartment maintenance, including light electrical, plumbing, painting, interior and exterior apartment repairs and janitorial. Must also be available for on call; live within 45 minutes of the communities. Must pass a criminal and DMV background check. Must have a valid California Driver's License and valid Auto Insurance with liability minimum requirement:. This is a electrical opportunity with DKD Property Management in Campbell, Santa Clara County. Electrical installation, maintenance, and repair for residential, commercial, or industrial sites. Work ranges from running conduit and pulling wire to troubleshooting circuits and reading electrical plans.
What you'll do
- Install wiring, conduit, outlets, and fixtures to code
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems
- Read blueprints and wiring diagrams
- Test circuits and ensure NEC compliance
- Assist licensed electricians as needed
