In this on‑site role, you’ll complete work orders, unit turns, and preventive maintenance on building systems, ensuring safe, attractive, and well‑maintained homes for residents. You’ll troubleshoot basic HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues, respond to emergencies, and partner closely with site staff in a collaborative, resident‑focused culture wit.
