We want you to join our team - $1000 SIGNING BONUS! We are seeking an experienced, HVAC-certified Maintenance Technician to join our Annie’s Townhomes maintenance team in Memphis, Tennessee. Our technicians do much more than fix things. They are key, customer-focused team members who help create a clean, safe, and welcoming community for our residents. In this role, you will respond to resident service requests, prepare apartment homes for new move-ins, perform p. This is a HVAC opportunity with Annie's Townhomes in Memphis, Shelby County. Heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning install and service. Technicians install units, charge refrigerant, and diagnose airflow and electrical faults in residential and commercial systems.

What you'll do

Install and service HVAC units and ductwork
Diagnose refrigerant, airflow, and electrical issues
Perform seasonal maintenance and tune-ups
Follow EPA refrigerant-handling rules
Communicate repairs clearly to customers
