About this role

We are currently seeking Maintenance Technicians to join our team! You will be responsible for completing work orders, vacant unit turnovers and other required tasks. Experience in the apartment industry and HVAC certification is a plus but optional. Qualified candidates are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities: Complete service requests and repair orders in a timely manner. Perform routine preventive maintenance. Lock Changes Minor plumbing repairs Replace Ball. This is a plumbing opportunity with Career Strategies - Bay Area in San Jose, Santa Clara County. Plumbing installation and repair for water, drain, and gas systems. Involves running pipe, setting fixtures, and diagnosing leaks or blockages in homes and commercial buildings.

  • Install and repair pipes, fixtures, and water heaters
  • Diagnose leaks, clogs, and pressure issues
  • Cut, thread, and solder pipe
  • Read plans and follow plumbing code
  • Assist licensed plumbers on service calls
