About this role

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing general maintenance and repairs in residential apartments. Including troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining apartment systems, appliances and facilities. Routine Maintenance & Repairs General repairs in apartments, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry and appliance issues. Plumbing: Leaky faucets Running toilets Installation of toilets/supply lines Installation of faucets Clogged drains Unclo. This is a electrical opportunity with Modern HR in San Francisco, California. Electrical installation, maintenance, and repair for residential, commercial, or industrial sites. Work ranges from running conduit and pulling wire to troubleshooting circuits and reading electrical plans.

What you'll do

  • Install wiring, conduit, outlets, and fixtures to code
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems
  • Read blueprints and wiring diagrams
  • Test circuits and ensure NEC compliance
  • Assist licensed electricians as needed
