MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN – HVAC Conroe, TX 77384 Certified Apartment Staffing Certified Apartment Staffing is hiring an EXPERIENCED Apartment Maintenance Technician with strong HVAC skills for a multifamily community in Conroe! MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE APARTMENT / MULTIFAMILY MAINTENANCE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED HVAC EXPERIENCE This is NOT an entry-level position. We need a hands-on technician who can hit the ground running and confidently handle HVAC and general apartment. This is a HVAC opportunity with Certified Apartment Staffing in Conroe, Montgomery County. Heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning install and service. Technicians install units, charge refrigerant, and diagnose airflow and electrical faults in residential and commercial systems.
What you'll do
- Install and service HVAC units and ductwork
- Diagnose refrigerant, airflow, and electrical issues
- Perform seasonal maintenance and tune-ups
- Follow EPA refrigerant-handling rules
- Communicate repairs clearly to customers
