Location: Rockville Agg MD Job Req ID: 15007 Join our amazing team and contribute as a: 2nd Shift General Laborer ABOUT THE ROLE Amrize, a leading supplier of quality, construction building materials in the United States, has immediate openings for a General Laborer to support operations at the Quarry located in Rockville, MD from 1:00pm - 1:00am. A General Laborer is responsible for performing general labor duties at an aggregate quarry, including safely operati. This is a construction opportunity with Amrize in Rockville, Tolland County. General construction and site work — building, remodeling, and preparing structures. Crews handle everything from foundations and framing to demolition and finish work, often outdoors and on active job sites.

What you'll do

  • Prepare and clean job sites, load and unload materials
  • Assist skilled trades with framing, concrete, and structural work
  • Operate hand and power tools safely
  • Follow site safety protocols and wear required PPE
  • Measure, cut, and position building materials to spec

Physical stamina and ability to lift 50+ lbsReliable transportation and on-time attendanceBasic tool and blueprint familiarityOSHA-10 a plus
