Yard Maintenance Worker

**Job Title:** Yard Maintenance Worker **Job Summary:** We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Yard Maintenance Worker to help maintain residential and commercial outdoor spaces. The ideal candidate is comfortable working outdoors, using landscaping tools, and performing physically demanding tasks in different weather conditions. **Responsibilities:** * Mow, edge, and trim lawns * Remove weeds, leaves, branches, and other debris * Trim bushes, shrubs, hedges, and small trees * Plant flowers, grass, shrubs, and other landscaping materials * Water lawns, plants, and landscaped areas * Spread mulch, soil, fertilizer, gravel, or decorative rock * Clean walkways, driveways, patios, and outdoor work areas * Load, unload, and move landscaping materials and equipment * Safely operate lawnmowers, trimmers, leaf blowers, and hand tools * Assist with sprinkler and irrigation system maintenance * Follow instructions and complete assigned work efficiently * Maintain a clean and safe work area **Qualifications:** * Previous yard maintenance or landscaping experience is helpful but not required * Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, bending, standing, and walking for extended periods * Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds * Comfortable working outdoors in hot, cold, or wet conditions * Dependable, punctual, and able to follow directions * Basic knowledge of landscaping tools and equipment is preferred * Ability to work independently or as part of a team * Reliable transportation may be required **Work Schedule:** Schedule may vary depending on weather, workload, and customer needs.
